Welcome to The Warranty Enforcers. By purchasing our 3-year subscription plan or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Overview

Our subscription provides warranty claim advocacy and enforcement services for qualifying manufacturer and extended service plan claims.

The subscription term is three (3) years from the date of purchase.
2. Initial Abstention Period

Following purchase, there is a 14-day abstention period before initiating your first claim case.

After this initial 14-day period, no further abstention periods apply for the duration of your subscription.
This period ensures proper onboarding, verification, and alignment with your warranty policies.
3. Claim Support Scope

Our efforts to maximize claim value are based on the consumer’s knowledge and accurate representation of their existing warranty policy terms.

You are responsible for providing complete and truthful documentation (including warranties, receipts, service agreements, and related materials).

Our role is to enforce and expedite claim adjudication based on valid warranty rights.
4. Limitations of Service

We do NOT issue or sell third-party liability coverage or extended service contracts.

We are not an insurer, warranty company, or legal practice, and we do not offer legal representation.

We cannot guarantee specific claim outcomes or monetary awards. Results depend on the manufacturer’s or warranty provider’s policies and eligibility criteria.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, cancellations are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@warrantyenforcers.com.
6. Payment & Fees

Subscription fees are payable upfront for the 3-year term.

Any additional service fees (e.g., processing or success-based fees under separate agreements) must be paid in full before the release of claim payouts or settlements.
7. Compliance & Privacy
We maintain strict compliance protocols to ensure secure handling of sensitive claim information. Our Privacy Policy outlines our data protection practices and consumer rights.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Fraudulent or misrepresented claim information is provided;

Payments are delinquent or disputed;

Conduct is abusive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.
9. No Third-Party Liability
Our services focus exclusively on advocating existing warranty claims. We do not provide or assume liability for accidents, damages, or incidents outside of manufacturer or service warranty coverage.
10. Governing Law
