2. Engagement to Proceed
If you choose to engage The Warranty Enforcers to actively advocate and fight for your claim:

A $100 initial deposit is required to open your claim case.

This deposit is credited toward our final retainment fee if your claim is successful.
3. Retainment Fee Structure

Our retainment fee is capped at 30% of the total claim recovery value (cash settlement, reimbursement, or replacement cost).

The $100 deposit paid at the outset will be applied toward this 30% retainment fee.

Full payment of our fee is required before any claim settlement or payout is released to you.
4. Small Claim Exception

For claims resulting in a recovery value of less than $350.00, our maximum fee is limited to the initial $100 deposit only.

No additional retainment fees will be charged in these cases.
5. Guarantee of Outcome

With leveraging decades of expertise in claim adjudication, we guarantee claim approvals, specific recovery values, or payouts.

6. Consumer Responsibilities

7. Scope of Service

Our services are strictly limited to claim advocacy and enforcement under existing manufacturer warranties or extended service contracts.
